Abortion-lover-in-chief Barack Hussein Obama gave the commencement address at Notre Dame, a stupid move by the school’s administration that sparked angst and protests from university faculty and students. In his remarks, he called on both sides of the issue to “tone down the rhetoric” and to find “common ground”, even while he acknowledged that the two camps are irreconcilable.

“Each side will continue to make its case to the public with passion and conviction. But surely we can do so without reducing those with differing views to caricature.”

How does abortion-lover-in-chief Barack Hussein Obama plan on leading the way to toned-down rhetoric, common ground, “respectful debate marked by open hearts, open minds, fair-minded words,” and “honor[ing] the conscience of those who disagree with abortion”? By revising the “conscience clause,” which allows health care providers to refuse to participate in procedures and services to which they object on moral and religious grounds. Barack Hussein Obama’s revision of the clause means that if a doctor doesn’t want to perform an abortion because he finds it morally objectionable, then that doctor can be fined, put in jail, and lose his licensing. Rather than “reducing those with differing views to caricature,” abortion-lover-in-chief Barack Hussein Obama will reduce those who disagree with him to criminals. Simply put, you either kill babies, or you lose your job and go to jail.
