Of course, reasonable people know the problem isn’t caused by White people in the United States; the problem is caused by Negros in the Congo who don’t care about their women. “Husbands, families and villages often shun rape victims. . .Congolese women have traditionally held such low status that many expect violence from their husbands and men.” And reasonable people also know about the innately violent Negro nature. Yes, reasonable people know the problem in the Congo is congenital and cultural, and has nothing to do with Caucasians.
