Public schools are concentrators of everything in society. There you will find most everything in its essential form, tailored for consumption by children. Public schools function this way because they are designed to be pedagogy centers for the dominant worldview: equality-materialism. Since there is sexual anarchy now in the broader society, there is sexual anarchy in the microcosm of the schools.
Those elements do show up in the schools. Perhaps I am just old-fashioned, but “back in the day” when mothers were at home to educate their children in morality and proper behavior, the problems in the public schools were fewer. They still were tools to indoctrinate, as you say, however the really gross problems were fewer.
Also, the most effective “educator”, the television, was less decidedly corrupt and less influential with teens.
