LibriVox

This is a peer audio-book resource center.
All books over eighty years old are available to be read or downloaded. An avaliable software program for this is Audacity, and is available for download here.

Currently I’m seeking to read or collaborate with others to make an audio book of Anthony Jacob’s White Man Think Again!. I believe in spite of the book not being eighty years old that it will be acceptable to host on LibriVox due to it’s rare nature and semi-obscurity. It’s weakness will be used as strength.

If you are interested let me know. I am rather picky and since it is something I am intiating I believe I have every right to be. I do like deep, rich, voices. Those males who are high-pitched or monotone need not apply. I don’t have many rules for women as they do this less, but monotonany is a killer. If you aren’t sure about it then practice reading out loud. Use the program Audacity or any audio-recording program to listen to yourself.

Hi, willyrobinson,

We list Librivox as one of our resources for homeschoolers.

I haven’t read the book you mention; perhaps you’d care to share a summary of it with us?

Folks, when you volunteer to participate in an enterprise it’s always good to know what you are getting into as well as whether you have a rich, deep voice or a high pitched squeaky one.

wink

As with many resources/enterprises here at Kinism.net, we make no guarantee that the content of a resource/enterprise fits into the Kinist canon.

God bless,
Laurel

Since I was looking for those who have the book I figured a synopsis wasn’t necessary.

It was written by an Anglo-South African journalist who had travelled the world over, and acros Africa especially. His work is an expose of universalist one-worldism, Liberalism etc. He focuses on South Africa and moves across that continent, to the race issues in Britain & Europe, America and the world over. It’s a good book to say the least.

Yes, however, people like me, who don’t own the book, still appreciate the synopsis.

Thanks, willyrobinson.

Free audiobook version of David Duke’s My Awakening is available at his site.

The Complete My Awakening Free Audio Edition!

He’s posting chapters day by day.

I will admit I’ve had no personal interest in Duke until recently, when I started downloading the audio version of his book. His voice is calm and pleasant to listen to, and the book is well-written and full of personal reminiscences.

Since I’m only part-way into the book, I can’t give a better review than that.

God bless,
Laurel
