Protecting our gene pool is important, but I hazard to say, that a threat as dangerous, or more dangerous, than mingling with “people of color” casts a shadow on the white man and his progeny. If you have read Pottinger’s Cats, you will realize that we, as a people in general, are at least at Generation Three of decline in viable offspring. Generation Four can no longer reproduce. The cats fed depleted nutrition exhibited genetic perversions including effeminate male cats, angry and aggressive witch female cats, and physically inferior offspring. Dr. Pottinger later applied his startling feline discoveries to people, with amazing results. Dr, Weston Price, DDS, after conducting world-wide research, wrote Nutrition and Physical Degeneration, with incredible documentation of the healing results of applying his findings to devastatingly ill children and adults he came in contact with.

No, I haven’t read Pottinger’s Cats, but it sounds like it’s worth reading.

The Weston A. Price stuff is also very interesting, haven’t had the opportunity to implement a lot of it.

Right now we are simply breathing ash and praising God that we are not in the direct line of the fires (though not far away).

God bless,

From the BNP’s website:

“Intensive, industrial farming techniques adopted to compete with foreign imports and sell to supermarkets are worsening the quality of our food and damaging the countryside and the livelihood of small, traditional farmers.”

(The BNP proposes to eliminate the unhealthy, energy-intensive and cruel factory farming of livestock and encourage rapid switchover to organic farming. Whether they can do this without their eqivalent of the USDA hijacking even the legal meaning of “organic” remains to be seen.)

Big agri-business and the anti-White population-control government in bed with it, know that our deteriorating food supply will do as much to damage our progeny as immigration policy, vaccine policy, etc. etc. will. We can educate ourselves about real food, but will we? We can take control of our kitchens, but will we? It’s more fun to holler about the “wetbacks and niggers” and do nothing about our own self-destructive feeding habits. Pass me another Krispy Kreme, please.

I had a Krispy Kreme once; didn’t much like it. But then again, I’ve never liked donuts. they leave a greasy film on ones teeth…

I own the cookbook (Nourishing Traditions) you mention; I keep trying to read it, and keep finding myself in deep intellectual water. I understand the basic principles, but have not yet been able to implement much. Around here, raw milk is legal, but goes for $7.99 per half gallon, way out of my budget. And there’s no space for a cow…or goat…

I do purchase organic produce at a local farmers market; it’s more affordable there, and supports the local farms.

God bless,
Laurel

p.s. there’s a lot of blame to go around: poor nutrition; non-biblical behaviors; too much technology and television; the ascension of PC; integration, etc. etc. Mostly, though, I think we as a People suffer from an intestinal deficiency, i.e., a lack of guts.

Have you ever read the ingredients on a box of Krispy Kremes? They resemble donuts in appearance only. It amazes me: you would think it would be much simpler (and cheaper) just to make an actual donut.

Well, with all the standardization necessary to make every Krispy Kreme exactly alike, they HAVE to be made out of plastic…hence the list of unpronounceable ingredients.

We can often thank government regulations for that. And yes, as more of us buy from local farmers we trust, instead of middlemen, we can improve our food quality at a savings.

Before we began drinking raw goat milk, our children were heading down the usual American cavity-and-crowded-teeth route, and even preliminary orthodontic bill estimates were sending us into shock. Since we have begun using raw milk, occasional cod liver oil, AND cutting out all fluoride in water and tooth care products (fluoride replaces calcium in the tooth, making it harder, but more brittle and susceptible to caries later, and causes gums to recede, to say the least) the children (older six who’ve been seen) are cavity free, this with the children rarely brushing, I’m almost embarrassed to say. Also, ALL the earlier orthodontic problems “went away,” as jaws widened, teeth sticking out of closed lips went back into place, and teeth growing in rows like a shark’s righted themselves. I have no new decay in my typically middle-age bad teeth. Our mercury-free/fluoride-free dentist expressed mild surprise and said this is uncommon, and he doesn’t want to see them again for at least a year.

In so many ways, the extra expense (when it’s possible) in the nutrition area saves much time and money afterward.

Hi, Kinswoman,

Sometimes the budget just doesn’t stretch that far…

I have located a local farm which supplies raw milk “for pets”; however, they were in one of the fire evacuation areas and have not yet responded to my email. I hope they are all right. Also, I do not know their prices either.

Sounds like those dental benefits are a big cost saver proportionately.

As I said, I am not against the program, just a wee bit on the teacher-salary side.

God bless,
Laurel

I had a chuckle when I read this, as it goes against what I actually SEE around me, in a different sense than you meant. I hail from “the fattest state in the US,” and we now live in the fattest county of our present state of residence, as I learned when my son came home from EMT class. The instructor had said he was going to show them “some safe lifting techniques,” since the locals were the most obese in the state!

Guts, as in courage, as opposed to beer bellies…

But funny, my friend, funny.

Some of us struggle with our weight no matter how healthy our diets; I am one of them. I blame the very efficient metabolism of farm Swedes, who had to make it through long winters on little food. That, and the overly low metabolism I developed during a three-year bout of extreme dieting in my teenage years (no one tells you about that little side effect of calorie restriction).

I don’t binge, and often watch those around me of normal weight eat twice what I do. Sigh. Still I struggle.

God bless,
Laurel

Speaking of milk and its expense, here is a very interesting article that postulates why the price of milk has been rising so much, world-wide.

In a growing world, milk is the new oil. http://www.iht.com/articles/2007/08/31/business/wbmilk.php?page=1

Guess it is time to seriously consider the family cow, for those who have the acreage, or the miniature cow (International Miniature Cattle Breeds Registry, Inc. http://www.minicattle.com/entry.cfm). Purportedly two beef cattle per acre is a possibility,  I am not sure about acreage required for the milkers.

We had goats when I was young, two milkers per acre, although I believe we were generous in our estimates.

It’s probably a good time in history to be dairying.

God bless,
Laurel

Kinswoman,

Yes, I think we need to live a more natural lifestyle. Raw milk is illegal where I live, the cops did raids recently to shut down “illegal dairies.” I took high dose fluoride pills as child. And had lots of orthodontic work, I think it put jaw out alinement and caused pain in my jaw join leading to me grinding my teeth and doing them a lot of damage. I had have some teeth capped and put a plastic guard in mouth to protect my teeth when I sleep. I still have some of those silver/mercury fillings in my mouth too. I have been bushing my teeth with baking soda and keeping my intake of calcium up and teeth doing well, but hate that my jaw still out of alinement.

Hello, Faust,
I, too, was overdosed on fluoride as a child, in the local public government-do-good school, resulting in black enamel-free spots (“fluorosis”) that have made lots of dentists lots of money. It is amazing how much we people in general put up with because someone in government (who benefits in the power or money department) tells us we “need” this or that.

A Huggins-trained dentist may be able to help with your particular combination of dental challenges…

Kinswoman, I have no clue what a “Huggins-trained” dentist is. So that means there are probably a number of other forum reader who are clueless as well.

Please, my friend, enlighten us…

Dr. Meinig (a founding member of the American Association of Endodontists) and Dr. Hal Huggins have done a lot to uncover the buried research of brilliant dentist Weston A. Price, whose astounding work in the first half of the twentieth century was buried by the ADA when they realized his research would result in the loss of their livelihood.

A related note…

A practical guide to removing toxins from the body

By Ingri Cassel

We are presently being exposed to thousands of toxic compounds in the form of inorganic chemicals and toxic metals. As mentioned in previous columns, these substances are everywhere: The air we breathe, the foods we eat, the water we drink and bathe in, as well as drugs, vaccines, cleaning products, paints, solvents, glues, herbicides, pesticides and fertilizers.

Due to this constant exposure, our bodies are now storing hundreds of these toxic metals and chemicals. Studies indicate that we have between 400 and 800 toxic metal and chemical residues stored in our bodies. They accumulate in our fat cells, in our major organs such as the liver, kidneys and brain; in our glands such as the thyroid and adrenals; and throughout our central nervous system.

For some revealing chemical facts go to http://www.evenbetternow.com/index.asp
